  2. Shipping Methods and Charges: We offer both standard and express shipping options for all orders. The shipping cost is a flat rate of 25 EUR for express shipping within the EU, 35 EUR for express shipping to the US, and 17 EUR for standard shipping worldwide. Shipping charges will be applied during the checkout process before placing your order.

  3. Delivery Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  4. Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control may cause delays in delivery. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Returns:

  1. Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. If your item arrives with visual cracks on the item's surface, bends, or other deep surface damage, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence, such as photos. We will review the damages and provide a replacement, free of charge.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact our customer service team with your order details and evidence of the damages. Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Refund Process: In case a refund is required for a damaged item, we will process the refund within 10 business days from the receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
